AdThink collects information to provide intelligent advertising services, categorized into two main types:

A. Data from Platform Users (Business Clients)

This is the information pertaining to our partners and clients who use AdThink services to manage ad campaigns.
  • 1. Registration Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information (for transaction processing).
  • 2. Platform Usage Data: Login history, dashboard activities, campaign settings, and ad performance metrics (ROI, CPA).

B. Data from Target Audiences (End-User Data)

This is data AdThink collects when displaying ads on third-party websites and applications. We DO NOT directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, or personal phone numbers unless explicitly and voluntarily provided by the user.
  • 1. Device and Browser Data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, operating system, language, and time zone.
  • 2. Behavioral Data: Websites visited, time spent viewing, ads clicked or viewed, and impression frequency.
  • 3. Location Data: Coarse geographical location inferred from the IP address (e.g., city/state level).
  • 4. Pseudonymous Identifiers: Unique device identifiers (e.g., Mobile Advertising IDs, Cookie IDs).

2. How We Collect Information

We utilize the following technologies to collect Target Audience data:
  • 1. Cookies: Small files placed on the browser to recognize that browser across visits and track activity.
  • 2. Pixel Tags (Web Beacons): Tracking code embedded in websites or ads to measure effectiveness.
  • 3. Mobile Advertising IDs: Identifiers provided by mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS IDFA, Android AAID) to track in-app activity.

3. Purposes for Data Use

AdThink uses the collected information for the following core purposes:
  • Service Provision and Operation: Processing payments, providing access, operating, and maintaining the platform.
  • Ad Optimization (AI & Machine Learning): Data is used to train our AI models to:
    • Automatically optimize bids and budgets (Bid Management).
    • Analyze behavior and generate more accurate Lookalike Audiences.
    • Display ads to the right person at the right time (Targeting).
  • Measurement and Reporting: Providing our business clients with detailed reports on campaign performance and analytics.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing unusual or fraudulent activities in advertising.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

AdThink commits not to sell the personal information of platform users (Section 1A). We only share data under the following circumstances:
  • With Business Clients: We share aggregated and anonymized data (e.g., ad performance, impression counts) so they can understand their campaigns. We never share the PII of Target Audiences.
  • Service Providers: Sharing with third parties who support us with hosting, payment processing, and technical analysis (e.g., AWS, banks). These parties are strictly bound by confidentiality terms.
  • Legal Compliance: When legally required by government authorities or law.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to control how your data is used:
  • Access/Correction Rights: Business clients can access and edit their account information anytime via the dashboard.
  • Opt-Out Right: Target Audiences can opt-out of the collection of behavioral data for personalized advertising by:
    • Adjusting browser privacy settings (disabling Cookies).
    • Using industry Opt-Out tools (e.g., DAA, EDAA).
    • Adjusting "Limit Ad Tracking" settings on mobile devices.

6. Data Security

We implement physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All sensitive data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

AdThink reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy over time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on the platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the page.
